American Civil Liberties Union / Dead End Newsletter

The ACLU invited Faust to design a bilingual newsletter, entitled “Dead End” for their Capital Punishment Project in Washington, D.C. The newsletter conveys first-person stories of people on death row from their own perspectives, their families' perspectives and from victims' perspectives. The stories serve to document a feeling of human tragedy and the urgency of public policy. Our design focused on contributing to those emotions through color scheme, typography and scale. Faust provided concept, design, production and print management.
