Levy Restaurants / Cleveland Indians Suite Catering

As a long-term design partner with Levy Restaurants throughout the 1990s, Faust collaborated on concept design and development for many Levy Sports & Entertainment venues including this Suites Catering menu for the Cleveland Indians. Levy says they obsess about every detail of the guest experience whether they have 80 seats or 80,000. That was all we needed to inspire the unique delivery of this menu's content. A contrasting mix of hi-gloss and uncoated papers were gathered and bound with silver grommets to provide a tactile, high-end sensory first impression. And, the content was intuitively divided into easy to access tabs for simple decision making. Faust provided concept, design, production and print management.
