Jenner & Block is a national law firm headquartered in Chicago that has a proud history, a strong commitment to public service and an exceptional team of lawyers that includes some of the country's leading minds in the field. Their website was the result of years of add-ons and modifications that did not convey the excellent results they continually achieve for their clients and other key differentiating factors that make this firm unique. Faust audited the firm's communications, as well as interviewed employees and partners before determining how to reorganize and bring an authentic voice and vision to the new site. The result is a fresh format that allows for a show, don't tell presentation. The home page features a custom video consisting of time lapse videography shot from each of their four locations and combined with real employees interacting in the foreground. The result is a conceptual testament to the quality of their people and their collective vision. Another major feature of the site is a new tool called "virtual file" that is an adaptation of the familiar shopping cart feature found in e-commerce sites. It allows the user to assemble and then package a custom PDF document built from any assets on the site that can be saved and then shared as the user sees fit. Faust also used design and functionality to highlight key messages and testimonials in the unique "Your Path at Jenner & Block" feature under the "Join Us" section, which speaks to potential recruits. Faust provided concept, design, production and deployment management.
