As arguably the nation's most cutting-edge art and design school, The School of the Art Institute required brand guidelines that not only looked the part, but also made a case for uniformity to a community of independent thinkers and makers. Faust studied the existing logo as well as its many existing applications and came up with a set of guidelines and recommendations that allows for endless customization and individuality within a very flexible framework. The result is a dynamic document that can be looked to as much for its rules as it can for inspiration. Faust provided concept, design and production.
