Centro de Salud Esperanza / Overview Brochure

Centro de Salud Esperanza is a community-based health center located in Chicago's Little Village/Pilsen neighborhoods whose mission it is to promote healthy lifestyles and improve health status through the provision of high quality health care and wellness services. Esperanza's programs emphasize prevention and education, and their bilingual staff are dedicated to overcoming barriers faced by underserved communities. Faust was retained by Esperanza to refresh and reposition the center as a familial hub of the community that you can trust and count on and as such created a two-sided accordion fold brochure that outlined basic services and offerings in both Spanish and English in a contemporary and accessible format with an authentic voice. Faust provided concept, design, art direction, copywriting, production and print management.
