Pillars Community Services / "Crazy" Public Education Campaign

Pillars Community Services is recognized as the largest provider of comprehensive mental health and social services in the near western and southwestern suburbs of Chicago. Pillars provides quality, comprehensive, community-based social services for more than 10,000 individuals and families facing challenges and crisis. Among these services are mental health services and, in addition to counseling a spectrum of age groups who deal with mental illness, they also address issues of public perception of, and education about, people with mental illness. Pillars retained Faust to design collateral focused on erasing the stigma of mental illness. The collateral including a video, informational pamphlet and poster was used in presentations to community organizations and distributed by local school groups, chambers of commerce, hospitals and service clubs. Faust provided concept, design, art direction, production and print management.
