Chicago Cultural Center / Cows on Parade

Faust was retained by the Chicago Department of Cultural Affairs to address the challenges of promotion, documentation and wayfinding for the incredibly popular Cows on Parade public art exhibit spread throughout our downtown streets and parks. What started as a fairly straightforward print-based project became much more when a “Moo Are Here” wayfinding cow was asked to be integrated into the deliverables. This three-dimensional bovine was complete with cow-plotted city grid and mooved throughout the city to take center-stage at festivals and happenings throughout the summer.
