Sales Collateral

Centrum is a full-service real estate company that focuses on the development of distinctive residential and commercial properties. They needed a sales package from which to gain retail commitments for The Roosevelt Collection, a one million-square-foot retail development located in an exploding, but relatively new Chicago neighborhood. The project needed an identity, a tagline and collateral that would give insight into the attributes of the surrounding neighborhood and immediate area of the development, which includes a 3-acre park, and that would translate well to the development's environmental signage. Centrum was seeking commitments from retailers that market toward the diverse, savvy, professional people in this neighborhood. The collateral was differentiated not only by featuring real residents/consumers in the context of the bustling South Loop environment but also through quality and attention to detail. The tagline “Life in Chicago's Urban Garden” inspired metaphorical copywriting about landscapes, hybrids, fertile ground and backyards. Faust provided concept, design, copywriting, art direction, production and print/fabrication management relating to an identity, tagline, and sales and presentation collateral.
