Organizational Collateral

IHDA hired Faust to update and tighten-up its identity and to create a more clearly identifiable brand of not only the organization but also its loan instruments. Faust implemented this identity across all collateral including an information kit that would typically contain brochures, annual reports (see Reports for samples), fact sheets and other business communications. The collateral developed transcends any governmental image archetype in a sophisticated way. We created a logo pattern that was applied as a tinted varnish to the folder and created a customized and flexible insert template in which to house its contents. The net impact on IHDA's collateral was an image of an organized, accessible, and dedicated state entity. Faust provided concept, design, art direction on photography, production, and print management.
