Pierre-Yves Rochon (PYR) is a 30+ year-old internationally recognized, Paris-based interior architecture firm that, in 2007, joined the Chicago-based architecture firm Perkins+Will. PYR specializes in luxury hospitality design with projects spanning the globe. Through their new partnership, PYR is formally expanding its practice to the US and will focus on the interior architecture of international luxury hotels, resorts, restaurants and spas. Their brand, while widely recognized, needed more distinct positioning against other international, full-service firms without sacrificing their existing brand equity. Faust created a design vernacular that reflected the studied polarity of the firm’s work focusing on an understated blend of modern and classical influences. Faust provided design, production, print and programming management relating to a corporate brochure, website and announcement piece.
