The Ritz-Carlton Chicago
In-Room Menu Collateral
Simultaneous to the 2009 multi-million dollar redesign of the Ritz-Carlton Chicago guestrooms, Faust was retained to design an in-room menu system that would bring continuity between the contemporary room designs and the aesthetic of their in-room print collateral. We did so by combining austere typography with a pattern created from an ornamental motif seen throughout the interiors along with papers which have seductive and warm tactile qualities. Faust provided concept, design, production and print/fabrication management relating to a full suite of in-room dining menus.
