2005 Annual Report

Because IHDA finances the creation and preservation of affordable housing in Illinois targeting people of low to moderate incomes, it is continually important that their annual reports convey impact and scope. The photography lent to the story of "real people, real impact," while the lucid design and layout lent to the accessibility and legibility of the hard numbers. Combined, they tell the story of how IHDA financing promotes economic growth and community development, strengthens public housing authorities, makes homeownership affordable, and encourages personal independence. Faust provided design, art direction, and print management.
