The title, a reference to the Declaration of Independence, is used as the structure of the artwork both holding and hiding various iconic images reconstructed as colorful and kaleidoscopic patterns. Images of everything from Zoloft labels to scars, soap suds and rainbows create an immersive built of the secrets that make us human and sometimes hide in order to navigate the world freely.
