Part of a 10-piece commission for the the Metropolitan Pier and Exposition Authority’s Hyatt Regency meeting spaces, Wallwork (Manufacturer's Building, Chicago World's Fair) spans a 16’4” x 9’11” wall in a circulation corridor adjacent to the hotel’s Grand Ballroom. The pattern was developed from photographic detail of the painted dome of the Manufacturer’s Building at the World’s Columbian Exposition in Chicago, 1892.
